Events Equipment Operator Events Team
This role will serve as the dredge equipment operator that will be responsible for performing duties with a variety of on-site equipment that may include, but not be limited to belt press, centrifuge, dredger, yellow iron, pumps, and telehandler. This position requires heavy travel throughout the country for the purpose of dewatering biosolid material (sludge). This position demands a lot of flexibility, ability to work a rigorous schedule and operate in a safety conscious manner.
This job can be based from most locations with reasonable airport access with willingness to dispatch as required to various locations for extended periods of time. The desire to work in a team-oriented environment with flexibility to handle changing work assignments is important. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A clean driving record is required and willingness to obtain Commercial Driver License.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Keep a clean work environment, including vehicles and equipment
- Monitor and oversee belt press equipment
- Conduct maintenance on equipment/vehicles
- Travel to/from locations as required with limited notice
- Assistance with mechanical work

Requirements
- Critical thinking skills and strong communication
- Prior dredge experience a plus!!
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver License
- Willingness to obtain CDL
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Desire to travel over 300 days per year
- Prior Project work preferred
- Prior commercial driving, heavy/agriculture equipment operation a plus!
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
