Our Drainage Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment for field drainage purposes. General duties with include, but not be limited to the following:
Primary responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment
- Familiarity with GPS controls and layout for drainage planning
- Operation of agricultural equipment
- Dig trenches with ditching equipment
- Site/Shop Cleanup
- Pick up and take care of tools.
- Keep a clean jobsite

Salary Range: $18 - $26; based on experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior agriculture or construction experience
- Willingness to apply hands on experience to equipment and material
- Ability to take directions and apply to situations; adaptable to various personalities
- Prior work experience with drain tile a plus!!
- Clean driving record; Willingness to obtain Commercial Driver License
- Heavy lifting, manual digging and repetitive climbing
