Key Responsibilities
Service & Operational Coordination
- Manage dispatch, incoming service calls, and ticket workflow to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Verify ticket completion for quality control and billing readiness.
- Coordinate on-call rotations and submit related compensation and mileage documentation.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Process invoicing, accounts payable, procurement, and renewals tracking.
- Maintain accurate billing records and support financial reporting needs.
- Assist with vendor transitions, subscription management, and service platform administration.
Asset & Systems Management
- Conduct user and device audits to ensure alignment between assets, licensing, and billing.
- Manage inventory counts, pricing updates, minimum stock levels, and lifecycle tracking.
Process Improvement & Accountability
- Establish and refine tracking systems for renewals, inventory, and operational workflows.
- Lead documentation cleanup and organizational initiatives.
- Research and support automation tools that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in IT coordination, service administration, operations, or related environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, financial tracking, or inventory systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
- Experience: 8 years in IT service delivery / service management, with 2 years leading teams and owning service outcomes.
- Certifications: ITIL certification preferred; relevant technical or security certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, CISSP/CISM) are a plus.

Salary : $46,000 - $53,000
