Our Franchise Operations team plays a vital role in supporting our Studio Owners and helping them thrive. We’re looking for a Franchise Operations Director who can lead this effort by coordinating the work of our Regional Business Consultants and internal support staff to strengthen Studio performance across the system.Pay range: $115,000 - $125,000* The posted range is only one component of Merle Norman Cosmetics, Inc. benefits package.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and guide Regional Business Consultants as they partner with Studio Owners to analyze business performance, boost sales, and improve profitability.• Support recruitment efforts for new distribution opportunities.• Oversee Franchise Ops Representatives to ensure Studio records are current, accurate, and properly shared across the organization.• Manage our Gold Medallion Program—including owner qualification, communication, inventory oversight, and program effectiveness.• Lead the Secret Shopper Program by managing vendor relationships, Studio selections, and sharing insights with relevant teams.• Coordinate service awards, anniversaries, and milestone recognition for Studio Owners.• Support international Studios by preparing necessary customs documentation.• Maintain accurate data on Studio openings, closures, sales, and other key metrics.• Ensure team compliance with company guidelines, documentation, and performance standards.• Assist with outreach calls to Studio Owners as needed.• Contribute to additional projects that support overall company goals.
