Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Marriott Residence Inn complimentary breakfast items following brand standards
- Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast buffet and service areas
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation throughout service
- Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and breakfast areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Assist with inventory, rotation, and proper food storage
- Interact professionally with guests and respond to basic food-related questions
- Support opening-team training, setup, and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Previous food service, breakfast, or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking and food safety practices (ServSafe a plus)
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
