Clinical Practice This role provides comprehensive urological care in a modern, high-volume setting:
Surgical & Procedural Services
- Access to 2 Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive procedures
- 16 cutting-edge operating rooms
- Advanced ambulatory surgery center
- Full spectrum of urologic surgery including robotic, laparoscopic, and open cases
Outpatient & Clinic Services
- Dedicated urology clinic with a strong referral base
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Telehealth and office-based procedures
- Support from experienced NPs and clinical staff
Patient Population Treat adult patients with a full spectrum of urological conditions, including:
- Prostate disease (BPH, prostate cancer)
- Kidney stones and stone disease
- Bladder cancer and dysfunction
- Kidney cancer and renal masses
- Male infertility and sexual health
- Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery needs
Care commonly involves robotic surgery, endoscopic procedures, cancer care, and management of acute urologic conditions.
Typical Clinical Volume
- Mix of clinic, OR, and procedural time
- Robust surgical block allocation
- Strong support staff for efficient workflow
