What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across acute care departments
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize stock and reduce waste
- Use data to adjust min/max levels and improve supply efficiency
- Organize and inspect supply areas for cleanliness, compliance, and expiration dates
- Support product conversions and new item placements based on clinical needs
- Order, receive, and track supplies using our ERP system
- Identify recalled or expiring items and coordinate action plans
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in supply chain or business preferred
- 3 years of experience in inventory management, distribution, or customer service
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
