Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial machinery and systems
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance processes and principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related training is a plus
- Experience in the personal care manufacturing industry is an advantage
