In this role, you’ll have a vital part in expanding our outdoor power equipment business by developing strong customer partnerships and driving consistent sales success. Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Take ownership of the full sales process for our comprehensive lineup of equipment — from professional mowing solutions like Toro and Exmark zero-turn mowers, turf equipment (Billy Goat, DR Power brands), and Stihl outdoor equipment.
Build Connections: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Deliver an exceptional experience that earns trust and long-term loyalty.
Be the Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and stay ahead of competitive offerings. Confidently communicate features, advantages, and value to help customers make informed decisions.
Deliver Solutions: Use our quoting tools to create accurate, professional proposals tailored to each customer’s needs and goals.
Collaborate and Represent: Partner with our marketing team on targeted sales initiatives, and showcase our equipment and expertise at trade shows, demos, and community events.
Qualifications
Experienced: At least two years of proven retail sales experience in the outdoor power equipment, construction, or lawn and landscape industry.
Driven to succeed: You consistently meet — and exceed — your sales goals. Your competitive spirit and determination set you apart.
Customer-centered: You’re positive, organized, and attentive to detail. Building trust and understanding customer needs come naturally to you.
