Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director Investment Banking, located in Seattle, WA with some work from home acceptable. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing deals, leading mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, conducting due diligence, and managing private equity transactions. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing financial analysis, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
