What You’ll Do
- Prepare highquality coffee beverages
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Work efficiently in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
- Support opening and closing responsibilities
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive, teamfirst attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to thrive in a highenergy environment
- Base Pay: $10/hour
- Training Differential: $9/hour while in training
- This differential helps replicate expected earnings once tip share is active
