What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Adjuster position at Merit Administration?
Seeking motivated and well-spoken individuals ready to work in a fast-paced environment to join our growing team. You must be driven to maintain smooth, accurate and efficient claims processing while providing maximum customer satisfaction. This position requires a detailed-oriented individual with a well-coordinated and proactive approach to verifying information, following up with facilities and solving customers' concerns. Excellent mechanical, organizational, multitasking and communication skills are required. Must be able to interpret the contracts, identify the failures and adhere to our established processes. Hardworking professionals experienced with handling difficult claims along with being able to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
Must have 3 plus years of experience in the automotive mechanical industry or claims processing.
