Residential Daily Claims Adjuster – Central Missouri

CENCO Claims is expanding daily field operations in Central Missouri and is seeking a Daily Property Claims Adjuster to support residential property claims in the Columbia area. This role is ideal for adjusters looking for steady local assignments, flexible scheduling, and a responsive support team.

Position Overview
As a Daily Property Claims Adjuster, you will manage residential property claims from field inspection through file submission. This is a field-based position focused on thorough inspections, accurate estimating, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Evaluate damage related to wind, hail, water, and other covered events

• Prepare clear, accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Capture detailed photos, measurements, and field notes

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files efficiently while meeting carrier and internal timelines

• Represent CENCO Claims with professionalism in the field

Qualifications:

• Active adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license

• Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus)

• Understanding of residential construction and damage assessment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
