Janitorial Service Worker(s):
Our Urgent Care Franchisee has been in business for over 3 years and we continue to grow! We are looking for a part/time janitorial service worker to work evenings/nights and to play a vital role in the care of our state-of-the-art facilities…carrying out cleaning and associated duties, as listed below. The overall objective of this position is to keep our facilities clean and orderly.
We are hiring for our center in Torresdale.
Work Schedule is 3 nights weekly, and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean designated facility areas: Waiting room; public restrooms; treatment rooms; kitchen/lounge; reception desk; corridors; ancillary spaces. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- High and low dusting
- Floorcare (dry/wet mopping/vacuuming; baseboards)
- Damp wipe counters and horizontal surfaces
- Spot clean walls and interior glass
- Damp wipe furniture
- Replenish paper/plastic liners, hand towels, toilet tissue (provided by center)
- Carry out routine cleaning and deep clean of floors and bathrooms (project basis)
- Notify Center Manager of any deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Travel to multiple facilities, if applicable.
- Keep adequate inventory of chemicals and supplies.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the Center Manager
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Be responsible for proper closing procedure for each facility, as applicable.
Skills required include:
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies
In addition, a successful candidate must:
- Be responsible
- Have integrity
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
