Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Janitor located in Philadelphia, PA. The primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various spaces, performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing, disposing of trash and recycling, and restocking supplies as needed. The Janitor will also assist in light maintenance tasks and address any cleaning-related requests promptly, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core janitorial services, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining facilities
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively and ensure client satisfaction
