Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, recording key information as needed.
- Knowledgeably prioritize calls based on importance and urgency.
- Monitor and coordinate field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
- Schedule client appointments using the right tech/right call guidelines.
- Accurately input data into the computer system to track calls and client information.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of dispatching experience required (bonus if experience is in the home services industry or with Service Titan).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Conscientious, team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and maintaining a positive attitude.
