Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting them with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate care records, reporting any changes in resident conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of training as required by state regulations
• Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individual
• Effective communication skills
• Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect for confidentiality, and respect for the rights and privacy of others
• Meets all health requirements and passes background check
