As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Keeping accurate records of resident care and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
• Compassion and a genuine desire to work with the elderly.
• The ability to work responsibly as a team member and an individual.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect for confidentiality, and a commitment to respecting the rights and privacy of others.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $18.50 hourly and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, and more.
