Skywash Innovations is a growing exterior cleaning company serving commercial and residential customers across Northern Virginia. We provide window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and drone-based cleaning services. The Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to clean interior and exterior windows at homes and commercial properties. This is a part-time position for the remainder of the off-season, and strong performers will be offered full-time work heading into our busy season. Experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.
Responsibilities
● Clean interior and exterior windows, frames, sills, and screens to a streak-free finish
● Use traditional window cleaning tools, including squeegees, scrubbers/applicators, scrapers, and detailing towels
● Operate carbon fiber water-fed pole systems with purified water for exterior glass
● Set up, use, and secure extension and step ladders up to 20 feet safely
● Protect customer property, including floors, furniture, and landscaping, during interior and exterior work
● Load, maintain, and care for equipment and the work vehicle
● Communicate professionally with customers and property managers on site
● Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or damage immediately
Requirements
● Comfortable working at heights on ladders up to 20 feet
● Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
● Willing to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
● Must pass a background check (we work inside customers' homes and businesses)
● Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
Preferred (Not Required)
● Previous window cleaning experience, residential or commercial
● Experience with water-fed pole systems
● Pressure washing, soft washing, or other exterior cleaning experience
