Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices based on sales orders, contracts, or services
- Process credit memos or adjustments as needed
- Record and post customer payments
- Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports
- Prepare checks to send to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail- oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience
