- Performs painting, painting repairs and maintenance of Agency property.
- Fulfills day-to-day work orders as assigned through Jira at our various locations throughout Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
- Works as part of a team to complete housing unit turnovers.
- Assists in the completion of the preventative maintenance plan.
- Records and maintains records of all repairs and maintenance actions by facility and unit.
- High School Diploma required
- Proven experience in painting and finishing work preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and auto insurance
