Responsibilities
- Retrieve mail from the local post office each business day, then open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Make occasional business-related errands, including bank deposits, as needed.
- Scan, organize, and electronically file documents using high-volume multifunction copier/scanner equipment.
- Create, organize, combine, split, edit, and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Perform data entry with exceptional accuracy.
- Prepare, copy, assemble, and distribute documents.
- Monitor the corporate voicemail system and forward messages to the appropriate employee.
- Provide administrative support to management and all departments.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Print daily direct check batches.
- Process returned mail in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, including scanning, organizing, combining, splitting, and managing PDF documents, is strongly preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience operating high-volume multifunction copier/scanner equipment is strongly preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
