Automotive Lot Porter

Meridian Automotive is seeking a dedicated and reliable Automotive Lot Porter to join our team. We're a busy automotive repair shop looking for someone to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is competitive and depends on experience.

What You'll Do

This is a dynamic role where you'll be a vital part of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Shuttling customers to and from our shop.
• Picking up parts from local dealerships and parts suppliers.
• Washing and cleaning customer and company vehicles to ensure they're ready for delivery.
• Assisting with clerical and light cleaning duties around the shop.
• Organizing the parking lot to maximize space and efficiency.
• Test driving vehicles after repairs to ensure they're running properly.
• Providing support to management with various tasks related to the shop's operations.
  
  

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is professional, proactive, and ready to take on a variety of tasks. To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to drive a manual transmission.
• The ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• A clean-cut and presentable appearance, as you will be interacting with customers.
