Salary: $15 Hourly DOEJob Description:Idaho Water Sports in Nampa is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lot Porter/Expeditor to join our team. This position plays an important role in daily dealership operations by supporting the service and sales departments, maintaining lot organization, and assisting with customer boat pickup and drop-off.This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy active work and being around boats and the outdoors, this is a great opportunity to grow with our company.Responsibilities:Move boats in and out of service baysOperate forklifts and other equipment to safely move boats and materialsMaintain organization and cleanliness of the lot and show roomAssist service manager, technicians, service advisors, and sales staff as neededProvide courteous and helpful support to customers on the lotFollow safety procedures when moving and staging boats and trailersWhat Were Looking For:Dependable, honest, and hard-workingTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeCustomer-focused and attentive when customers are on siteComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to get in and out of boats and trailers throughout the dayForklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)Detail-oriented and motivated to learn the marine industryAble to maintain good working relationships with managers, coworkers, and customersWilling to work overtime when neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to perform light to medium physical workFrequently lifting and moving up to 20 pounds; occasionally up to 50 poundsRegular standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pulling, and pushingMust be able to see, hear, and communicate clearly
