What You'll Do:
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment, from setting search strategies to onboarding new hires
- Source and screen top talent through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking, and more
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to ensure a great fit within our Essential culture
- Collaborate with hiring managers and directors to identify and recruit top candidates
- Develop and execute proactive recruitment and retention plans aligned with our facility's strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 1-3 Years of Experience Preferred
