We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III to provide functional and technical support for enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, with a focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong PeopleSoft HCM expertise, experience with system configuration, security administration, reporting, integrations, and end-user support within large-scale ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities Functional Configuration & Administration- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), Onboarding, and Performance Management modules.
- Manage recruiting workflows, applicant screening processes, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding activities, and related configurations.
- Configure performance management templates, evaluation documents, rating scales, competency models, workflow routing, and approval processes.
- Support annual performance review cycles, recruiting initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Administer security roles, permission lists, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies governing sensitive employee and applicant information.
- Conduct periodic security reviews and support audit activities.
- Manage role-based access and workflow security configurations.
- Provide advanced functional support to HR teams, managers, and end users.
- Troubleshoot application issues related to recruiting, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Support candidate-facing portals and employee self-service functionality.
- Resolve workflow, routing, and configuration issues.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, onboarding progress, evaluation completion rates, workflow bottlenecks, and compliance reporting.
- Provide business insights and operational reporting to stakeholders.
- Support integrations between Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, HR Core, Position Management, and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve interface and data flow issues.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Create functional design documentation and test plans.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Provide Level 2 application support and incident management.
- Participate in major incident response, disaster recovery testing, and system upgrade activities.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to users and junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and organizational policies.
- 8 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM Recruiting (TAM/CG), Onboarding, and/or Performance Management modules.
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft configuration, workflow management, and system administration.
- Strong experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Proficiency with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments and cross-functional integrations.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security administration and access controls.
- Experience developing and executing UAT and regression testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service management practices.
- Experience with onboarding security and workflow administration.
- Experience supporting large-scale government or public sector ERP environments.
- Experience providing Tier 2 application support within a managed services environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience leading functional projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
