Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application support.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools including Application Designer and Integration Broker.
• Experience in SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects for report development.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager, Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience in Approval Workflow Engine, Page and Field Configurator, and Page Composer.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, FMLA compliance, and NIST frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional configuration changes for enterprise HR and recruitment modules.
• Develop functional design documents and technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain web services and REST/SOAP integrations via Integration Broker.
• Troubleshoot complex Level 2 support tickets and resolve production performance issues.
• Manage fiscal year-end processing, disaster recovery exercises, and system upgrade testing.
• Administer multi-tenant security structures and row-level data access controls.
• Create technical documentation and user guides for new system features and workflows.
