As a Workforce Development Specialist at MercyOne, you will collaborate with organizational leaders to support workforce needs for GHS by implementing workforce readiness strategies necessary to achieve the GHS strategic plan. Serves on community and educational partner advisory boards to present Genesis workforce needs and ensure diverse future talent pipelines and programs. Helps facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a successful new hire experience. Supports GHS continuous education learning opportunities through program management and event coordination such as forums and career-related events. Collaborates with educational partners and GHS leadership to coordinate
