What You’ll Do
As a Rehab Technician, you’ll work closely with licensed therapists to deliver restorative care and support patients through their rehabilitation journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with therapy treatments and exercises under therapist guidance
- Safely transporting patients and preparing equipment
- Supporting daily operations including cleaning, organizing, and restocking
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient confidentiality
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Completion of Mandatory Reporter training (within 3 months of hire)
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
