Key Responsibilities
- Assist Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in gathering medical history information and taking vital signs.
- Documents patient information for medical record including vital signs, height, and weight.
- Assist Physicians and nursing staff members with procedures when necessary.
- Transport patients safely using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with stocking and cleaning clinic equipment and supplies.
- Follow emergency procedures including CPR when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be 16 years old
- Certified Nurse Aide certification with a minimum of 75 hours training
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter – Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certified within six (6) weeks of hire.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
