Performs a clinical audit of the accuracy and completeness of patient charges. The clinical charge audit is to ensure that all appropriate charges are captured per patient. Ascertains that pre-certification has been completed for all surgical patients and works collaboratively with other departments to accomplish it. Investigates surgical case denials.Position Details:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Licensure:
Experience: Previous clinical expertise in the operating room or sterile supply is preferred.
