Pharmacist-in-Charge – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead a community-focused pharmacy in Waynesville, MO. This full-time role offers an excellent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and the support of a highly skilled, tenured technician team. Shift

• 4 Day Work Week, Monday - Friday 8:30a - 6p
• One mid-weekday off
  
  

Pay Details

• $130,000 – $150,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
  
  

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance, patient care, and smooth workflow while collaborating with providers.
• Provide leadership with the support of two highly skilled, tenured pharmacy technicians, making an immediate impact on team success and patient service.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Missouri
• Strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to patient care and community service
