Weekend Shift & Seeking Experienced RN's!
Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor assures delivery of safe, high quality and cost effective care provided by competent co-workers. They ensure efficient utilization of available resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively and effectively with other administrative personnel, physicians and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum.
Mercy Fort Smith is undergoing a $162 million expansion of its ER and ICU. The ER will expand from 29 to 50 rooms, and the ICU will increase from 38 to 64 rooms. This expansion will enable approximately 25,000 additional patient visits per year. This significant development will allow us to better meet the needs of our community in a world-class environment
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum three years nursing experience. Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
- Required Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Certifications: BLS American Heart Association
