What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - NWA Facility Float Pool (FT) position at Mercy?

The RN will provide competent care to patients in the following settings: Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas. The RN will float to each department as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program
Licensure: RN License in the state of Arkansas or compact state
Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
Preferred: 2 years of critical care experience
