Pay range for this position is $42.36 - $53.52/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The RN Med/Surg Clinical Resource Team (CRT) Float Pool provides the highest level of expert RNs to care for patients throughout the inpatient stay within OSF HealthCare. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care provided to patients throughout the system. The RN must be highly knowledgeable and possess strong nursing skills necessary to provide excellent patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served within their RN specialty. The RN is empowered to participate in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the expectations of those we serve. Tier I RNs will provide coverage in two or more of the following departments at one location: ICU, Stepdown, Medical/Surgical, Psychiatric, Outpatient Clinic, Ambulatory Care.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Licenses/Certifications:
- RN-Registered Nurse
Experience:
- 1 year of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired
- Completion of professional orientation and clinical orientation.
