Overview:
Formally coordinates patient concerns at Mercy Hospital. Develops aggregate data for service improvements, as requested. Creates a positive first impression for patients, visitors and family members by providing excellent customer service consistent with the established guidelines and goals of Mercy. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Licensure: None.
- Experience: Communication and customer service skills essential. Computer experience is required.
- Other: Strong communications, organizational and computer skills required.
- Preferred Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
