OverviewPerforms clerical and receptionist duties in the Emergency Department. Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Provides basic nurse aid duties to patients in the ED under the direct supervision of the Director, Clinical Manager and or Registered Nurse on duty. Position Details:
- This is a full time position at Mercy Aurora.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; varied hours; no weekends or holidays
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support by completion of orientation SAFE training as required
Other: Basic computer skills, excellent communication skills
Preferred Education: Basic Microsoft Word and Excel classes
Preferred Experience: CNA or previous Unit Secretary experience in the healthcare setting preferred
