✅ Eligibility & Commitment
To participate, students must:
Be in their final semester of an accredited LPN or RN program
Complete their senior practicum at Mercy Hospital Washington
Commit to a bedside nursing role at Mercy after graduation (minimum 6-month commitment)
*It is strongly encouraged that this position is on the unit where the practicum was completed
