Scheduling available:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekends & Holidays (On Call Only):
One Weekend per month (or less)
1 summer holiday
1 winter holiday per year
- Part-Time to Full-Time Options:
- Caregivers working 16hrs or more per week are eligible for Full Benefits, 401K and PTO accrual
- Mileage Reimbursement:
- Currently $0.70/mile (subject to federal rate changes).
- Education Assistance:
- ASN to BSN assistance (up to $16,000).
- BSN to MSN assistance (up to $16,000).
🩺 What You’ll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care as directed by a physician in a home setting.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, document services provided, and adapt care as needed.
Educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
✅ What You’ll Need:
- RN License in Missouri
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in home health, acute care, or a related field
