Overview:

The role involves processing data entries in a credentialing database, assisting with the production and dissemination of special lists and reports, maintaining accurate and complete records, creating data queries and exports, and supporting the Medical Staff Services team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 1 year experience in a credentialing systems database.

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Preferred Certification(s): CPCS Certification.

• Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

  - Exceptional verbal, listening, written, and oral communication skills.

  - Ability to thrive in a team environment.

  - Proficiency in developing and adhering to schedules and timelines.

  - Ability to work independently and calmly under deadlines.

  - Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  - Well-organized, systematic thinker.

  - Disciplined, strong attention to detail.

  - Strong work ethic.

  - Adherence to deadlines and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  - Maintains a professional work style and confidentiality.
