Location: REMOTE - Mercy Ministry Office
Shift: FT Days - 40/hrs per week - 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible)

Overview:
Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including but not limited to unpaid, denied and underpaid claims. Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
Education:HS Diploma/GED.
Other Skills and Knowledge:Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and keyboarding skills and strong communication and customer service experience.
Experience:
Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience.
Prior Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or Insurance
