Provides at the elbow and other end user support for all end users of the EHR.

Provides institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program. What is needed:

• Experience: 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.
• Other: In-patient Epic experience, highly preferred.
