Overview:
Responsible for operational functions, stocking and merchandising, and customer relations of Catherines Corner Gift Shop and assists manager with Mercy Gift Shop, along with new expanded services to include online operations. Oversee and assist all Mercy Gift Shop Springfield volunteers, including scheduling and training. Must be able to prioritize work and have excellent customer service skills. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Background in retail, merchandising and customer service.
- Education: Requires high school diploma
- Certifications: None
- Other: Strong organizational skills, communication skills and computer literacy required. Must possess the ability to interact with diverse populations in a positive manner. Must exercise good judgment, be able to effectively deal with problems, maintain good interpersonal relationships and adapt to change.
