Job Profile SummaryCoordinates the operations of retail locations while assisting in daily operations. Duties may include inventory selection and purchasing from approved venders, inventory management, vendor relations, pricing strategy, merchandising, and virtual retail platform development. This position will function in partnership with the direct supervisor to manage any additional operational functions deemed necessary and appropriate for successful performance of retail operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: 5 years of retail experience; required experience with purchasing, merchandising, inventory management. Commensurate experience may be a combination of education and work experience if candidate has at least 2 years of college.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years college.
- Some retail management, inventory management, supply chain education
- Prior floral experience.
- Experience in retail operations, comfortable with computers and POS inventory systems, is detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative.
- Leadership of back-of-house retail operations (inventory, purchasing, supply chain).
- Experience in gift industry retail space, hospital gift shop experience.
- Works collaborative with others as part of a team, recognizes the importance of meeting group goals.
- Comfortable with computers and POS inventory systems

- Must have intermediate or advanced computer skill level.
