The Administrative Executive serves as the senior operational leader for designated service lines and departments within the hospital. This role is responsible for developing and enforcing policies and procedures, translating budgetary decisions into operational plans, and actively participating in the hospital’s strategic planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Department and Medical Directors to position service lines as regional centers of excellence, aligning with the hospital’s long-term vision.
Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to Department Directors in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and evaluating departmental operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Policy & Standards Implementation: Oversee the execution of the hospital’s mission, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and regulatory standards.
Competency Development: Establish and uphold standards for clinical and managerial competencies across all areas of responsibility.
Strategic Representation: Represent assigned departments and service lines in the hospital’s strategic planning processes, ensuring their needs and contributions are integrated into broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Masters Degree in business or health- related field.
Experience: Three to five years of previous experience in a leadership and management role at the Director or VP level.
