Overview:
Billing Coordinator I is responsible for any task related to non-patient billing and collections including but not limited to invoicing, payment posting, and collections on unpaid or underpaid invoices. Billing Coordinators must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high invoice and payment volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior Billing or AR experiencePrior Revenue CycleCertification/Registration preferred
- Required Education: HS Degree or Equivalent
