Overview:
The Senior Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of a physician practice. This individual oversees various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice. They are responsible for managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of healthcare or supervisory experience. Previous healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred, as well as experience in a surgical clinic.
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Bachelors degree.
- Certifications: None.
- Other: Knowledge of managed care billing practices preferred. EPIC experience preferred.
