Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring optimal workflows and exceptional patient care.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Efficiency Enhancer: Implement and maintain innovative office management systems to boost operational efficiency.
- Human Resources Leadership: Coordinate hiring, training, and performance evaluations, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce policies that comply with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a talented team of plastic surgeons, nurses, and aestheticians to optimize patient services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high patient satisfaction and clinical success while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Protocol Familiarity: Understanding of medical and surgical protocols, including patient safety and care.
