Lead With Purpose Across Two Centers
Mercy Plus is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support our ABA programs across Alma and Gladwin.
This role is perfect for a motivated clinician who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a lasting impact in multiple communities. You’ll spend time between both centers, collaborating closely with families, staff, and leadership to deliver exceptional care and help children thrive.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Excellence & Leadership
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy (25 billable hours/week for BCBAs).
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) and design individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians at both centers, providing hands-on coaching and ongoing feedback.
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to programming.
Mentorship & Training
- Provide consistent guidance and mentorship for staff and practicum students.
- Lead family trainings to promote skill carryover across home, school, and community settings.
- Foster a supportive and growth-oriented clinical environment.
Organization & Collaboration
- Maintain timely documentation, billing notes, and supervision records.
- Partner with fellow clinicians and operations staff to ensure smooth coordination between centers.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and program development.
Who You Are
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with valid state credentials.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Alma and Gladwin centers.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental differences.
