Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Lansing Center
Mercy Plus is growing! We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Lansing Center and help lead high-quality ABA services for children and families. If you enjoy collaborative clinical work, mentoring behavior technicians, and making a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Billable expectation: 25 hours per week
Clinical Leadership
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
Team Development
- Train and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Provide ongoing supervision and feedback
- Support clinical students and developing clinicians
Collaboration
- Partner with families to ensure treatment plans are effective and practical
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Clinical Operations
- Maintain documentation, billing, and supervision records
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
Qualifications
- BACB Certification (BCBA required or BCaBA pursuing BCBA)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Willingness to be trained in QBS SafetyCare techniques
